Delta Airlines was looking to transform and revolutionize the airport experience for passengers by empowering their gate agents to deliver service beyond the podium. In partnership with PowWow Mobile, Delta created a mobile app with our SmartUX Platform to streamline multiple systems and data sources needed to update seat assignments, check bag status, rebook flights, board passengers and more. Equipped with their new Nomad App, Delta customer service agents can now help passengers when and where they need it, delivering a first class travel experience for all.
