Jonathan Kaplan

Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Jonathan Kaplan, a technical leader who understands the corporate IT environment, has spent more than 15 years focused on bringing transformative technology into the workplace. He was the original software architect of the Open Wonderland project, an open source Java toolkit for creating collaborative 3D virtual worlds, and a founder of the Wonderland’s supporting company, WonderBuilders. Prior to WonderBuilders, he spent 6 years at Sun Microsystems Labs, during which he developed and deployed multiple systems and received several patents for distributed collaboration systems.

Kausik Dasgupta

Vice President, Technology

As VP of Technology, Kausik Dasgupta brings 25+ years of experience in technical architecture, evangelism and professional services in the tech industry to PowWow Mobile. He joined the company in 2015 after serving as the Senior Director of Engineering for Cloud and Datacenter Automation at BMC Software. Previously, Kausik served in other engineering leadership roles at BMC and CMC.

Yuval Lavi

SVP, Product

Yuval is in charge of defining the company’s technological vision, opening new technology horizons for the company and building strategic technical alliances. Yuval is also the Vice President of Technology and Innovation for Magic Software. Prior to joining Magic, Yuval was General Manager and co-owner of Kopel Reem Software, a position he held since 1996, after beginning his career there as a programmer.

Arik Kilman


Arik Kilman serves as the Chairman of Magic Software’s Software Solutions Division. He joined Magic in January 2012, following the acquisition of AppBuilder Solutions Ltd. Prior to joining Magic, Mr. Kilman served as Chief Executive Officer of BluePhoenix Solutions Ltd., the former parent of AppBuilder from May 2003 to January 2009 and from April 2010 to December 2011. Mr. Kilman holds a B.A. degree in Economics and Computer Science from New York City College of Technology.
