The ideal Powwow Mobile sales manager is an aggressive self starter who understands how to quickly translate our offering into a vision that the prospect will perceive as deeply valuable both at personal and corporate level. Our sales managers are mature, intelligent and articulate people who are able to leverage these qualities to build multilevel relationships and navigate these at their discretion to identify, needs, compelling events, sponsorship chains, decision makers and build a compelling case for prospects to buy our solutions. Our business depends on winning and keeping our customers – this obsession keeps us honest and differentiates us from those who are less focused on customer success.

The ideal candidate is a subject matter expert in mobility, would have worked in at least one other leading vendor in the space, deeply professional and motivated by money BUT doing so holding themselves to a high ethical standard and delivering REAL value to our customers. As we expand aggressively in the year ahead, we will work really hard at maintaining an open, honest culture based on a tight knit team with trust at its core. You will be a critical hire and essential to our success.You will be supported by inside sales, marketing and other pipeline building activities, but are fully expected to do your own prospecting and bring your own market intelligence to accelerate your time to productivity.

Expect to have to come to the interview prepared with territory, 30-60-90 plans and a first quarter target list identified. Showing up with customer references is a PLUS!

Attributes & Qualifications

  • 5+ years selling in the mobility space
  • Enterprise Sales experience (Large account experience with consistent and demonstrable C-level contacts)
  • Aggressive, self-motivated, hunter mentality
  • Proven record of consistent over achievement of quota
  • Must be fluent and articulate in English
  • Excellent presentation & communication skills.
  • Transparent, open and dependable
  • Organized and maintains accurate CRM data
